I came to the company due to a car accident. Someone ran a stop sign and used me for the brake. I was on welfare for ten months and during that time, I picked up pop and beer cans off the side of Lougheed Hwy to help put food on the table. While on welfare, I saw an ad for London Life (which is now Canada Life). I went in for my first interview in October of 1994 and when I walked out, I knew I wanted a career with this company.

What attracted me the most was being able to help people make better financial decisions and improve their lives. Nothing has changed over the last twenty-nine years, and I love what I do every day.
