Robert Khouri, BBA (Fin)

Financial Security Advisor
Investment Representative

Growing up I have always had a passion for helping others and an interest in finance and numbers, so from an early age I knew financial advising was the career for me. I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Services with a minor in psychology, and I am currently working towards a Certified Financial Planner designation.

Throughout the years I have come to understand the importance of planning for major purchases and retirement, as well as life’s many unexpected events such as illness or death. My main goal for each of my clients is to help them achieve financial security while reaching their goals. Seeing how happy my clients get after showing them their financial security plan is definitely my favorite part of the job.

Having experienced myself how overwhelming it can feel to begin the financial planning process, I can help assure you that once your financial security plan is created and you see your goals within reach it is all worth that initial step.

Many of my clients are young professionals who want to start building their wealth for themselves and their families, and for many of them buying their first home is their main goal. With each client, I work with them to understand their current financial situation, discover and clarify their goals, then create a financial security plan that will help them reach their goals. My clients can trust that I will do whatever I can to help them.

After putting a financial security plan in place, I check in regularly with clients to track their progress and see if we need to make any updates to their plan. Warning to future clients: dad jokes and Canucks updates may be included at our checkups.

When I’m not working you can find me watching, playing or talking about hockey. And depending on the weather, I golf as much as possible. I like to stay active by hiking, running or going to the gym and I enjoy meeting with friends at local pubs or restaurants during my free time.
