Not sure who to contact?

Here are some common scenarios, and who you can reach out to for support.
 

1. I want to provide feedback on the Digital Toolkit and its tools, or I’ve encountered something frustrating, and want to raise this up.

Talk to your field leader (Regional Account Executive – RAE or Business Development Advisor – BDA). They can help answer questions and escalate your feedback to the appropriate person or team.

 

2. I was removed from one of the Digital Toolkit tools, but shouldn’t have been. How do I get added back onto the tool?

Contact the Workspace Support team at workspacesupport@canadalife.com. They’ll open a ticket to help investigate the issue and correct were needed.

 

3. I just realized I didn’t enrol in a tool that I want. How do I enrol now?

Fill out and submit a new enrolment form to gain access to the tool(s) you would like to enrol in. Opt-in to the tool(s) you would like to have added and those you would like to maintain access to.

 

4. I want to un-enrol from my Canada Life Digital Toolkit tools because I’ve joined a firm, I’m resigning (discontinuing my sales contract with Canada Life), or I’m within the Digital Toolkit re-enrolment period (May of each year). How do I do this?

Fill out and submit a new enrolment form to gain or remove access to the tool(s) you would like to enroll in. Opt-in to the tool(s) you would like to have added and those you would like to maintain access to. Opt-out of the tool(s) you would like to have removed.

 

5. I want to un-enrol from my Canada Life Digital Toolkit tools but don’t fit into any of the situations listed in question four. How do I do this?
