Since 2012, Patrick’s focus has been holistic financial advice for his clients – considering all aspects of their financial picture. From education savings to retirement and estate planning, Patrick assists individuals in making calculated steps toward their financial goals. And he does so in a friendly and common-sense manner that is easy to understand.

 

Patrick holds an Honors BA in Social Justice & Peace Studies and Political Science from Western University, a Bachelor of Education (U of T), and is a member of the Responsible Investment Association and Rotary International. He also holds CFP, CEA, and RIS designations.

 

When not at the office, Patrick is spending time with his wife Rita and their 4 children. He has the travel bug and enjoys skiing, scuba diving, and is always open to learning something new!

Anne Leeson

Client Care Manager

After spending over 25 years in the financial industry, including 15 as a Financial Planner, Anne joined the Bayswater Team where she completed the last 5 years of her career. Anne now enjoys semi-retirement while being part of our client support team.

 

Anne has served on the board of Family Services Thames Valley and is an avid tennis player. During the summer, you may also find her along the shores of Lake Huron enjoying those well-deserved sunsets.

Jessica Steuer

Associate Financial Advisor

Jessica joined the Bayswater team in 2018 and has steadily grown her skillset in the financial industry, becoming an Associate Financial Advisor in 2022. Jessica helps ensure a smooth experience when it comes to account openings, trade instructions, and other account-related requests. Her positive disposition and cooperative spirit make her a great member of your team.

 

Jessica brought to the team over 10 years of customer service experience and 4 years of administrative experience in the legal field prior to her transition to finance. She graduated with a diploma in the Law Clerk program from Fanshawe College in 2012.

 

Outside of the office, Jessica loves to cook, bake, garden, attend the gym, and visit local farmer’s markets to pick seasonal ingredients. She loves to visit Montreal in the summer to attend cultural festivals.

Taylor Vincent

Administrative Assistant

Taylor is the warm, friendly face you'll meet first when you visit our office or call us. She’s dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for every client with her exceptional customer service. Taylor holds a diploma in Social Service Work and an Honours Double Major Degree in Sociology and Criminology, reflecting her passion for helping others and understanding their needs. 

Outside of work, Taylor stays active with group fitness classes and enjoys walking her dog, Otis. She also volunteers weekly with Victim Services Middlesex London, providing support to individuals in crisis alongside the London Police and OPP. Taylor’s combination of professional expertise and genuine care makes her a vital part of our team.

Supporting the communities within which we work

At IPC, we built IPC Cares to bring together the various efforts we make towards enhancing the communities within which we operate. By adopting causes that are close to our hearts, we keep ourselves committed and accountable.

Last year alone, as a company, we supported the aid efforts on the Fort McMurray fires, palliative care through The Healing Cycle Foundation and women and children through The Salvation Army.

Perhaps the most significant effort we undertake, and one that we believe is representative of the kind of work that inspires and keeps us committed to our CSR efforts, is the community development project in Honduras with The Carpenteros & Friends. Last year’s project involved a group of IPC staff and Advisors volunteering their time and energy on the ground. Very little is as inspiring and rewarding as living the lives of the people you’re helping, and every one of the people who took the journey came back a changed person, even more determined to stay committed to making a difference in the world!

We also made countless small but significant contributions of our time and resources within our communities through many grassroots charities we believe in, and the ripple effect of their efforts are always rewarding.
